Hepatitis E Virus Inactivation Model for HPP treatment

This model allows to predict the HEV inactivation in the ramge from 4-20 degree Celsius, 0.1 to 600 MPa and 0 to 10min. The experimental data are provided as well. It can be imported directly into the open source software PMM-Lab (https://foodrisklabs.bfr.bund.de/pmm-lab/) or any other software that can read the PMF-ML model exchange format.
